Das Underworld Outfit wird vermutlich Laras Standartoutfit in Tomb Raider Underworld. Es ähnelt dem Legend Outfit sehr, allerdings hat es keine Ärmel, ist dunkler, und hat auch noch einige andere besondere Details.
